General
We produce and sell our own products. We test everything before we send your order.
- Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.
- Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”
- Click “Check Out” in the pop up window.
- In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click “Continue to Shipping Method”.
- Click “Continue to payment method” on the next screen.
- Then fill in your credit card information and click “complete order” to finish the transaction.

Shipping
Yes! We ship worldwide for free.
Free Worldwide Shipping
All orders are trackable & shipped within 24 to 72 hours of you placing the order using Express Shipping, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service.
Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 35 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. During the Holidays, shipping is extended by 10 business days.
Note that we cannot be held responsible of any delay due to your country’s customs. Our responsibility ends when the parcel is delivered to your local courier.
DHL Express Shipping
All orders are trackable & shipped within 24 to 72 hours of you placing the order using DHL Express Shipping.
Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 10 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier.
Note that we cannot be held responsible of any delay due to your country’s customs. Our responsibility ends when the parcel is delivered to your local courier.
USPS Express Shipping
Many of our products can be shipped via USPS Express Shipping.
Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 35 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at [email protected].
All tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as the tracking information becomes available, usually 2-5 days. Shipping details could take another day or two to be reflected.
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email which will advise your estimated delivery date. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we’re here to help.
Please can you check the following before getting in touch?
- Input the tracking number to view the up to date tracking.
- Check if we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
- This is relatively rare, but check if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country’s local post office/national post office or customs department directly and ask that they release & deliver your items immediately.
- Check to see if you have a delivery card from the carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local sorting office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery by calling your country’s local post office.
- Check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
If you still cannot locate your order we ask you to please allow 40 days from dispatch before reporting an item as missing.
If your order has not arrived after this time, and you are certain that it isn’t with a neighbor or another member of your household, please contact us and we will investigate further and arrange a replacement item to be sent immediately if need be.
Return Policy
We accept the return of items up to 30 days from the item’s arrival to the customer. Some products are eligible for 365 days returns, as described on the eligible product’s page.
The shipping costs of the item back to our warehouses will be paid by the customer.
We will refund fully, undamaged products in their original packaging.
In case a customer is asking to cancel an order (before the product is shipped to him or after it’s delivered and shipped back to the warehouses), a fee 10% will be deducted from the total amount of the order due to a cancellation fee of the credit clearing company.

Taxes
We serve customers all around the world and every country has it different rules and regulations regarding taxes and duties. Upon receiving the product you may be asked to pay these additional fees depending on the country, state, or province in which you reside. It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of these local regulations and to pay any additional fees that may be imposed by his country.
About the Beard Products
Absolutely! You can customize any beard tools, with text and/or picture. When you add it to your cart, just choose the “Customize” extra option and we will contact you by email to request the needed material.
